Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Fees:
Unilever Food Solutions offers a convenient delivery service for our customers. Delivery fees are based on the checkout amount:
• Metro Manila - Free Delivery for orders above PHP 1,000.00, For orders below PHP 1,000, a minimal fee of PHP 99 will be charged.
• Greater Metro Manila: Free Delivery for orders above PHP 15,000.00, For orders below PHP 15,000, a minimal fee of PHP 1,000.00 will be charged.
• Nationwide: Fees are listed upon checkout depending on item weight.
Deliveries:
All shipping and delivery operations are seamlessly managed and operated by MLT Unlimited Solutions Corp.
Delivery Areas:
At present, Unilever Food Solutions delivers to selected areas nationwide. To find out if we deliver to your area, please check our delivery area coverage on the Platform. Unilever Food Solutions will only receive and process orders within our delivery area coverage.
Delivery Time Frame:
We aim to deliver your orders within the following estimated time frames:
• Greater Metro Manila (GMA): 1-3 working days
• Luzon: 3-8 working days
• Visayas: 8-10 working days
• Mindanao: 10-12 working days
Delivery Acceptance:
Items will be delivered using appropriate packaging materials to preserve safety and freshness. Please ensure that deliveries are received within 10 minutes of the delivery personnel’s arrival at your doorstep.
• Age-Restricted Items: For orders including age-restricted items such as alcoholic beverages, please ensure that an adult with appropriate identification is present to receive the delivery. Our delivery personnel reserves the right not to deliver age-restricted items to minors and may charge an additional re-delivery fee of PHP 199 subject to the availability of the next delivery schedule.
• Order Cancellation or Missed Delivery: If an order is canceled or if no one is available at the delivery location to receive the order during the chosen delivery slot, Unilever Food Solutions reserves the right to charge a restocking fee equal to the sum of (1) 100% of the total value of your perishable items (since our perishable items are custom-ordered and guaranteed fresh) plus (2) a re-delivery or cancellation fee of PHP 199.
Delivery Schedule Based on Payment Method:
We aim to deliver your orders within 1-5 days from the date of dispatch. The delivery schedule is dependent on the payment option used:
• Credit/Debit Cards, Paymaya: Orders processed within 1 day.
• Direct Bank Deposits/Transfers or Other Payment Options: Orders processed within 2 days.
Please note that bulk or volume orders may take additional time to fulfill and may incur higher delivery fees. In such cases, our agents will reach out to you via email or SMS to get your confirmation.
Delivery Address:
Unilever Food Solutions endeavors to check the validity and accuracy of the delivery address registered on the site. In the event that we detect an incorrect address, we will send a notification to correct the information to enable successful delivery.
• Inaccessible Delivery Address: If your delivery address is not accessible, we will contact you to determine the best alternative location and time to ensure you receive your order. Failure to accept our call will result in a failed delivery and may entail an additional delivery fee.
• Change of Delivery Address: In case of a change in your delivery address or contact information, please edit your account information before placing your order or checking out. Please note that changes to the delivery address are not possible once the order has been verified.
Unilever Food Solutions will endeavor to deliver the products to your delivery address within the promised time frame but will not be liable for any delay caused by incorrect address and circumstances beyond our control such as weather, traffic, transportation strike, and other unforeseen events.
